Trust is essential

Do you trust yourself? What is the definition of trusting yourself?
Having trust in yourself means to willingly rely on your actions. With trust in yourself the possibility of a negative outcome of action is not considered at all. If you don't trust yourself then you won't be able to trust anyone else. Trust increases your personal well being because it improves the quality of your relationships with other people.
Loosen up a little bit, you don't have to be perfect.

Do you exaggerate about what is wrong with you, and miss all the good qualities you have? Trust yourself and become whole again.

Like every other thing that we want to learn, we need to practice. If you make mistakes forgive yourself, you don't have to be perfect. Be gentle on yourself. Make your own choices instead of asking your friends or colleagues about their opinion.

Where to start?
Start small first, give yourself small goals to achieve. Cleaning your home or sticking to a healthy habit, like regular workout, is a great way to start learning to trust yourself. Cleaning your home is a good start because you:

1.) learn how to make order from chaos,
2.) learn to divide your final goal into more smaller goals, like cleaning the bathroom, washing the dishes, washing the floors etc.,
3.) learn to work on a personal project that goes on for more than one day,
4.) clean your home and that gives you joy when entering from the outer chaotic world into your clean home,
5.) will see that whatever mess you made, you can always clean it and make it right.

Keeping track of your achievements in a journal will give you a chance to remind yourself, from time to time, of all the good things you're capable of. Whenever you make a mistake just remember that you're only human and humans make mistakes, so be gentle on yourself. Keep in mind that it's a process and it takes time to make big changes in your life, slowly but surely you'll trust yourself once again.
Trust yourself and stay well.
